The German Sd.Kfz. 250/1 Ausf. A (Alt) was an early version of the Sd.Kfz. 250 half-track, designed as a light armored personnel carrier for reconnaissance units and support roles within the Wehrmacht during World War II. Introduced in 1940, the "Alt" (short for alte, meaning “old”) featured a distinctive angular, stepped-armored hull, with limited space for crew and passengers—typically a driver, co-driver, and four infantry. It was armed with one or two 7.92mm MG34 machine guns, providing suppressive firepower for reconnaissance or light escort missions. Powered by a Maybach 6-cylinder engine, it had good off-road performance and was capable of speeds up to 65 km/h (40 mph) on roads. The Sd.Kfz. 250/1 Alt was used extensively on all fronts, especially in North Africa, the Eastern Front, and Western Europe, where its mobility and versatility were highly valued. However, its cramped interior and complex design led to the development of the simplified Ausf. B (Neu) version in 1943. Despite this, the Alt remained in service throughout the war and played a key role in German mechanized and reconnaissance operations.

    Decent

Good print nice details only reason not 5* is there was a slight miss print on the drivers elbow which once in the cab is barely noticeable with a bit of greenstuff to repair it
