FAQ's
How long will my order take?
We aim to get your order out within 3 working weeks (this is due to us being a small team and we can fix any printing issues that may occur and gives us enough time for large orders). Sometimes we are able to get your order out earlier :)
My order is taking longer than 3 working weeks?
If we have any issues with your order we will try to contact you via email, please check your junk mail to see if anything has been sent to you, if not ping us a message and we'll get back to you asap.
If we cannot contact you and the issue has not been resolved we may refund you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! USA Mainland and Australian Mainland
What are your models made from?
Our models are produced using resin to achieve crisp detail and a high-quality finish.
Do your models come assembled?
Some models may require a small amount of assembly, like tracks, turrets or guns. Men sometimes require heads to be attached so you can choose helmet types / expressions.
How do I prep the model?
All models have been washed and cured prior to being delivered! I'd recommend checking the model over for any little supports that may remain beforehand with tweezers, but you can paint them straight away!
What scales are available?
Available scales are shown on each product page. Please make sure you select the correct scale before placing your order. We primarily sell in 28mm, but we also sell in 15,20 and 32mm. Please note there may be slight discrepancies between companies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help, although changes may not be possible once production has started or the order has been dispatched.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Oops! We apologise in advance! Please contact us with your order number and photographs where possible, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue! :)
Are small supports normal on resin models?
Yes. As our models are resin printed, small supports can remain and can usually be cleaned up easily with standard hobby tools. (usually they can be removed with a simple set of skinny tweezers!)
I haven't received any emails?
Although we don't send lots of emails we do send you ones when you have placed an order / when its on its way! If you haven't received them please check your junk mail, we have found sometimes they end up there!
