The T-26 was a Soviet light tank developed in the 1930s, based on the British Vickers 6-Ton design. Armed with a 45mm 20-K gun and a 7.62mm DT machine gun, it had thin armor but effective firepower for its time. Widely used in the Spanish Civil War, the Winter War, and early World War II, it was eventually outclassed by more modern tanks but remained in service until 1945.
