The Polish 37mm anti-tank gun, known as the 37mm wz. 36 Bofors, was the primary anti-tank weapon of the Polish Army at the outset of World War II. Based on a Swedish design by Bofors, the gun was lightweight, mobile, and effective against early German tanks such as the Panzer I and II. With a maximum range of around 6,000 meters and the ability to penetrate up to 26mm of armor at 500 meters, the 37mm wz. 36 was a formidable weapon in 1939. However, as the war progressed and German tanks became more heavily armored, the gun's effectiveness diminished. Despite this, it was used during the September Campaign and captured examples saw service with German and Soviet forces. The wz. 36 played a crucial role in Poland's early defensive efforts, reflecting the nation's attempts to modernize its military in the face of rising threats.

This is a multi part model kit. We strongly recomend superglue to assemble.
