The Scammell Pioneer was a British heavy recovery and transport vehicle used extensively during World War II, known for its rugged design and off-road capability. Designed as an artillery tractor, tank transporter, and recovery vehicle, it played a crucial role in towing disabled and heavy tanks, including the Churchill VII.
